The Siyazakhela Thuma Enterprising Communities is a project that seeks to help communities to leverage their own development. The goal is to end poverty and achieve visible progress regarding socio-economic inclusion by 2030. This will be achieved through translating global and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as well as National Development Goals into personal advancement. To attain these objectives, the Foundation is establishing a network of Social Impact Investment Partners (SIIPs), which will assist in the delivery of projects and the upliftment of communities across South Africa.
The Siyazakhela Thuma Enterprising Communities is a three-year programme which is believed that after this period, it will sustain itself towards the customized SDGs goals that the community would have developed. Projects will differ per region or ward depending on the area’s needs.

We help communities understand and translate the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) integrated with AU Agenda 2063 and National Development Goals into community goals and personal advancement pathways. The priority is to end poverty and break the back of structural inequality by 2030.
