ADV. JOE NALANE

Advocate Nalane served as an Attorney for 14 years and specialize in corporate and commercial law. Adv. Nalane was admitted as an Advocate in 2008. Prior to that, he practiced as an attorney and specialised in the areas of corporate law, project finance, commercial litigation, privatization, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, franchising, company law, construction law and labor law. Mr. Nalane has done a B.Proc. (UKZN), a L.L.B. (Wits), and a L.L.M. in Corporate Law from UJ.
