Advocate Xolisile Maduna

Advocate Xolisile Maduna is an Executive at the South African Revenue Service (SARS), Tax Court Litigation. She is responsible for management and resolution of tax appeals through alternative dispute resolution processes or tax court litigation. Prior to this, she held a Senior Manager position and managed legal delivery support to all regions within SARS . This included overseeing the process of appointment of chairpersons of the tax board who preside over tax matters under R1m in terms of the Tax Administration Act ( 28 of 2011).

Adv. Joe Nalane

Advocate Nalane served as an Attorney for 14 years and specialize in corporate and commercial law. Adv. Nalane was admitted as an Advocate in 2008. Prior to that, he practiced as an attorney and specialised in the areas of corporate law, project finance, commercial litigation, privatization, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, franchising, company law, construction law and labour law. He is a Director at Shalamuka Capital. He has been a Director of Beget Holdings Ltd. since November 4, 2008. He serves as Non-Executive Director of Fidelity Security Group (Pty) Ltd. Mr. Nalane has done a B.Proc. (UKZN), a L.L.B. (Wits), and a L.L.M. in Corporate Law from UJ.

Mr. Wantu Madonsela

Mbusowabantu (Wantu) Madonsela has done extensive work as an advocate for youth education. He works with kids in primary school and supplementing their knowledge of maths and English, and assisting in up skilling unemployed undergraduates. With a background in Philosophy, Theology, International relations, Environmental studies and project management, he has used these skills to work as a climate activist, as well as a social justice activist. He is involved in facilitating training sessions for youth and adult in various industries, he speaks on both ethics and the TM Foundations EPIC leadership program.
